Deep ruby in color, with ruby hues. A limpid and bright wine. On the nose, red fruit aromas and typical pyrazinic notes of roasted red pepper. Vanilla, tobacco, chocolate, and leather aromas imparted by aging in French oak barrels. In the mouth, the attack is soft and delicate, with ripe tannins and vibrant acidity. Red cherry and pepper again, with a slight graphite aftertaste. Medium bodied wine, elegant and complex.

The summer of the 2015-2016 season was drier than usual. December was the month with the lowest rainfall in the last three years, with temperatures reaching 34 °C to 36°C and numerous sunny days. February saw many days of direct radiation and, even when there was plenty of rain, it was concentrated in two high-intensity storms with little infiltration.

In the mouth, the attack is sweet and pleasant, and the tannins are meaty and textured. Medium bodied and a lingering finish.

Insólito Cabernet Franc 2019 cultivado en Balcarce, Provincia de Buenos Aires y fermentado en barricas. De reflejos de un vivo tono púrpura. Presenta aromas intensos a aceituna negra, grosella negra y suaves toques de jalapeño. En boca, es de estilo bordelés, ligero y con taninos refinados. Un paladar intrigante y diferente para Argentina en el que la sensación jugosa y liviana se volverá sedosa con el tiempo. Tiempo de guarda: 13 años.
